How many meters of roof edge protection do you need?


The RSS fall protection for sloping roofs goes per 3 linear meters.

How many openings do you want in the roof edge protection?


It is possible to place an opening after every three meters of roof edge protection for access.
Please note, you need an extra stanchion for each opening.

Is the gutter strong enough? *


The RSS system for sloping roofs is suitable for solid roof edges and gutters
with sufficient gutter brackets (max. 60 cm center to center). If the gutter is not strong
enough, you might consider to use the system in combination with base plates. See next step
for more information.

Sloping roof

RSS Roof edge protection sloping roof

RSS fall protection for sloping roofs is one patented system and meets the safety requirements according to the European standard EN 13374 + A1 2019 class C. The RSS sloping roof system consists of four different parts.

How it works

The upright is hung in the gutter and rests on the facade. Then the fence and the toeboard are placed.

Depending on the type of roof, the hook brackets may also need to be used. For installation, see the comprehensive manual and documentation.
