How many meters of roof edge protection do you need?

The RSS fall protection for sloping roofs goes per 3 linear meters.

How many openings do you want in the roof edge protection?

It is possible to place an opening after every three meters of roof edge protection for access.
Please note, you need an extra stanchion for each opening.

Is the gutter strong enough? *

The RSS system for sloping roofs is suitable for solid roof edges and gutters
with sufficient gutter brackets (max. 60 cm center to center). If the gutter is not strong
enough, you might consider to use the system in combination with base plates. See next step
for more information.

When you place roof edge protection on different sides of a roof edge protection, it is possible to connect the two adjacent sides with two corner protections.

How many wind protection devices do you want to use?

In case of usage in a windy environment, wind protection is used. The wind protection is attached to the fence and rests against the roof. See documentation for more information.

How many PPE do you need?

Before you can get started with our collective fall protection system, you will first have to personally protect yourself against the risk of falling. For this reason RSS has 'safety sets' in its range. After montaging our system, in the most situations you no longer need to be on a leash and you can work freely and safely at heights.
